circlestar provides:

▪ Virtual meeting coordination for member conversations

▪ Community networking facilitation

circlestar does not provide:

▪ Guaranteed successful connections or outcomes

▪ Moderation of member conversations

▪ Direct business networking or sales facilitation

User Responsibilities

Required conduct:

▪ Maintain verified RocDev community membership

▪ Provide accurate profile information

▪ Treat all community members with respect

▪ Honor scheduled meetings or provide appropriate notice of cancellation

Prohibited conduct:

▪ Using the service for unsolicited sales or recruitment

▪ Harassing, threatening, or abusing other members

▪ Sharing other members' contact information without consent

▪ Attempting to circumvent or manipulate our matching system

▪ Engaging in illegal activities or violations of RocDev community standards

Account Management

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Limitation of Liability

circlestar facilitates introductions between community members.

We are not responsible for:

▪ The content or outcome of conversations between members

▪ Scheduling conflicts or missed meetings

▪ Professional or personal disputes between members

▪ Any damages resulting from member interactions

Users participate at their own discretion and assume responsibility for their interactions with other community members.

Intellectual Property

The circlestar platform, including our software, algorithms, and branding, is our proprietary property. Users retain ownership of their personal information and profile content.
